1. Is it safe to buy from this website?


For all our transactions we employ the most current Internet security methods and technologies to ensure your details are secure. We password protect and use encryption techniques Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL). While we strive to protect your personal information, no system can be 100% guaranteed. Once we receive your information, we use our best efforts to ensure its security on our systems.


Payments are handled with PayPal. You will be able to pay with your credit or debit card, via bank transfer or with your PayPal account, if you already have one. Paypal site is encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits. Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, the PayPal server checks that you are using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

PayPal is committed to protecting users' privacy. Therefore Realwobbler Handmade Fishing Lures Online Boutique will never see your bank account numbers or credit card numbers, when choosing this payment method.



2. Do you offer any warranty for the lures with real fish skin?

 

We care best for our unique masterpieces. If any damage occurs to your skin lures, you shall notify us by sending us a picture of the lure, so that we can see what exactly the damage is. If it has been caused by ordinary use, for instance, cracking of the lacquer coat, penetration of water into the lure, then we will repair it for free during the first 6 months of use. For other damages and damages after this period, which can be repaired, a fee will be charged.

The shipping costs in both ways are borne by you.



3. What if I need any advise about the lures or my fishing?

 

Once you purchase any of our lures you become part of the Realwobbler Family. We will support you with any advice that you need, whenever you need it. We create lures for your fishing success and want to help you to improve your fishing results.



4. Why am I not able to place order on the website? How much do the Realwobbler Lures cost?

 

We process orders manually. This way we get the opportunity to communicate with you, to get to know your specific needs for a lure, and to offer you lures which are still not listed in our catalogue or do not exist yet.

The prices of the Realwobbler Painted Topwater Lures start from 15.95 €/ 17.95 USD, while those of the unique crankbaits with real fish skin and innovative wooden lips start from 99.00 €/ 109.00 USD .  Just let us know which are your preferred lures and we will send you their prices.


 

5. To which countries do you deliver?


Europe EU: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Europe Out EU: Andorra, Gibraltar, Greenland, Iceland, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, Turkey, Vatican City State.

North America: Canada and United States.

Oceania: Australia and New Zealand.

Asia: Japan, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates.

6. What currencies do you accept?


Euro (EUR), British Pound (GBP), US Dollar (USD)


Our main currency is Euro, but in order to facilitate payments to foreign customers we can also accept the following currencies: British Pounds and U.S. Dollars. Please note that the correspondent prices in these currencies may vary according to the exchange rate to the Euro currency.





7. Which payment methods do you offer?


      - PayPal - available in all countries that we usually deliver to.

When you select PayPal as your payment method, we will send you a payment request of the amount due and you will be able to pay with your credit or debit card, via bank transfer or with your PayPal account, if you already have one.


     - Western Union - available for all countries.

If you wish to use this payment method, please contact us by phone or e-mail. In order to progress the order process as quickly as possible, please take into account our working time: from Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (GMT + 01:00, London).

8. What are your delivery times?


Delivery takes between 6 to 20 working days for EU Countries, and between 7 to 23 working days for US, Canada, and other Countries.

Please note, that these delivery times are provided for information purposes only and can not be guaranteed by us.



9. How much costs the shipping?


Shipping is free for orders from 45 €/ USD 50 to all countries that we deliver to. It is handled by Bulgarian Post (Registered Priority Mail International).

Shipping costs for orders inferior to 45 € are:

 - EU-Countries and European Out EU-Countries: 4.70 €.

 - US, Canada and other Countries: 5.50 € / USD 6.00.



10. What if my package gets lost?


If more than 45 working days have passed since we have sent your order and you haven't received your package, please contact us and we will raise a full investigation with our courier to confirm with them that the parcel has indeed been lost.

Once we can confirm this, we can either refund you or re-dispatch your order (stock willing).

Please note that due to the uniqueness of the Realwobbler fishing lures, in the case of a loss, we cannot be held responsible for the inability to re-dispatch exactly the same fishing lures. However, by stock availability we will ensure that the substitution products supplied will be as similar as possible (e.g. in model, skin type and size) and of equal or higher quality and value to those originally sent, at no extra charge.



11. I am from a country outside of the European Union. What should I consider?


All shipments are small packets and the shipping terms for letters apply. According to them the packets are not inspected by the custom. However these terms vary from country to country.

You, as the recipient of an international shipment, may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. So please check with your customs office if import taxes apply for you.

The weight of the packages we ship vary depending on their content, but they do not exceed 2 kg.

 


12. What if I am not happy with the fishing lures?


Realwobbler Handmade Fishing Lures Online Boutique wants you to be totally satisfied with your fishing lures. However, if you would like return the lures, you may do so by notifying us in writing via e-mail info@realwobbler.com.

     - You can return your purchase to us for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

     - Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original wooden box and packaging foils, with accessories and free gifts included if applicable.

     - The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

Once your return is received and inspected by Realwobbler, your refund will be processed. You will receive it within 30 days.

 



13. I am afraid that I might lose the fishing lure with real skin while fishing, what can I do?


Together with the fishing lures, you receive two sets of treble hooks*:


  •  - Weak Hooks that are intended to be used to explore unknown fishing places. If the fishing lure gets stuck on an object in the water, you can pull strongly on the fishing rod until the hook turns upright and permits you take the fishing lure out. These hooks are appropriate for catching fish of 4-5 kilograms or more. In addition, they are well suited for novice fishermen.

  • - Strong Hooks that are suitable for well-known fishing spots, and to catch trophy fishes.

Realwobbler recommends using both sets of hooks in order to minimize the risk of losing the fishing lure(s) in the water.

Moreover, Realwobbler advises having a lure retriever with you in case your lure gets stuck in the water. It can help you retrieve the lure.

In addition, you can use a leader wire, so that fishes with teeth don't bite through your line. This will help prevent your bait from getting lost.

However, if the prices of the skin lures are too high for you and you will be always afraid that you can lose them, we recommend you to choose from the variety of topwater painted lures that we are offering. They are effective, at affordable prices, and the probability that you lose any of  them is very low.



*Exceptions are the XS and Mini size fishing lures that contain only weak fishing hooks, which are appropriate for every fishing location - well-known or not.
